Hello friends!
I’ve told you before that I grew up in a mostly Southern Baptist church tradition, so I wasn’t raised using the traditional liturgy of the ancient Christian church. I recently got a copy of the Book of Common Prayer and have been blessed by the daily Psalms reading and other prayers.
I find these practices useful in difficult times when it feels hard to prayer “on my own,” when the world feels heavy, and when I’m easily distracted.
I also really love the “Daily Devotions for Individuals and Families,” so this week I illustrated the morning prayer for you and included the suggested Scripture readings and prayers as side notes. I am hoping this will be a tool to help my family and our church family enter into these wonderful prayers.
If you’re interested in getting this in Spanish, I’d love for you to send me the translation and I’ll try to add it here! *UPDATED: the link to the Spanish file is now below. Thanks for the help, friends!
If you like this prayer coloring page, leave a comment and let me know if I should keep going with the other daily prayers (morning, evening) from this section of the BCP.
You can download the coloring page HERE in English and HERE in Spanish!

Amen.
