This artwork comes from a series of poems and artwork I created called “Jesus Speaks to Women,” based on the words of Jesus to women in the Gospels. You can find the whole series on the blog HERE.

This print is based on Luke 8:48 where Jesus speaks to a woman with a 12 years long bleeding disorder. It reads, “Daughter, cheer up. Your faith has made you whole. Go in peace.” Luke 8:48

• made from my original hand-painted watercolor + oil pastel drawing
